Marine engineers of the company have developed a unique technology for the manufacture of fiberglass rudder blade and daggers. 

The foils are made using our know-how technology. In the core of it is combination of very high pressure with thermo-shock. This technology gives our foils resilience qualities which are very important on a beat in choppy or rough waters. Let's analyze in detail the advantages of this method:

  • Our know-how technology enables us to achieve extraordinary compression inside the fibreglass laminate in comparison with normal vacuum bag forming method adopted by most of our competitors.
    As result of this extraordinary pressure the layers of the fibre glass form practically solid structure. This enables our products to possess improved qualities of durability, rigidity and what we believe is most important exceptional resilience (ability to spring back). Watch a video
  • To achieve these qualities the fibreglass re-enforcements are placed in the specifically calculated locations. As result our foils spring back at a specially desired trajectory. This improves boat resistance to the drift and as a resulting brings better up wind performance.
  • Our foils have top quality surface finish and the best possible hydrodynamic profile.
  • Profile has been designed using NACA 0009 profile.

    The design makes it easy to adapt the rudder box to a variety of sailing boats and catamarans. The rudder box provides the ability to adjust the distance between the gudgeons.
